The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for a few days! The location was perfect - there were markets right outside your doorsteps, cool little cafe's and shops right around the corner, and close to public transport. We have two small children, and the neighborhood was very family friendly with parks all around it. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible, and the perfect size for 4 people. The hosts were very nice. It was a perfect stay!

The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The rooms are simple, clean, and quiet. The hotel is a little off the beaten track (not near an U-Bahn stop), however, the M4 and M10 trams are just one block over in either direction and are just as convenient--less than 10 minutes to Alexander Platz. - Nice and clean room. Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed
