The hotel staff was really helpful, lot's of parking space around the hotel. Area was really friendly with lots of space and nature. Subway station Wandsbek Markt brings you downtown Hamburg in about 10 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the hotel. -

Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious,
however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we
could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money
especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn
stops close by. Would recommend -

The staff was very kind, she they waited for us and explained some tips and POI of Hamburg, very kind and helpfully staff. the room was good and clean, also comes with a kitchen.
The hotel is not very far from downtown as you may think, just 10 min in S-Bahn (S1(airport-bahnhof) or S11), and something less than 10min on foot. -
