Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away.
Also close-by are very good transport links.
Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room.
Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.

Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. almost is everywhere, even in the elevaters. The desin of the room
including the path is nice with a beautiful wall paint 4 the room. The

to be watched for fee. The room is also a good choice 4 married people

Our room was not available when wechecked in early and they assigned us another one very quickly. Theyserve breakfast until 11:00 each morning and dinner until 11:00 pm.Everything about hotel was great.

Convenient location close to Ostbahnhof, the train station able to connect you to every major sight in Berlin.
East Side Gallery is 5 minutes walk, with O2 Arena and Radialsystem V in the vicinity too to provide excellent concerts.
Clean simple room and ok beds. -

Le quartier et la situation idéale de l'hotel a côté du métro et à 2stations d' Alex ,le confort de la chambre et sa déco ,le petit déjeunerde qualité , - Le service, l'emplacement de l'hotel. Très bien pour profiter de Berlin à pied.

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even
a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed
was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and
always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't
comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.
