  Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice old building, quiet (despite some other comments here), interesting (if quiet) part of town, good tram links into the centre, small takeways within 5-10 min walk, mostly German visitors - Very clean, nice room and bath, good breakfast, surroundings not elegant (but interesting as an example of an old industria... ce que les gens disent » l/residential area of East Germany) but well connected to city center.
