Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. -

Hotel's owners - Simone and her husband are so friendly, will solve any your problem and guide you what to see in Berlin. Breakfast is nice and so Germany-stylish. Very tasty bread! Room is clean and big enough, shower is clean, birds sing amazing in the yard!

We were a group of four adults and two small children, the apartment was easily big enough for us. It is located on the second floor -
in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.

The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want.
Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections.

The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

The appartment was near the center of berlin, and in a few minutes you can reach every kind of market and a lot of bars. Discos and clubs are quite far but you van reach every one off them with the metro at least in 20 minutes

Spacious apartment in a reasonable neighbourhood, well equipped and very reasonable. Apartment on ground floor opening onto a communal courtyard with own decking area. Friendly neighbours, set well back from street and quite peaceful. Close to stations & various bars/cafes nearby, small supermarket in walking distance. Close to major sights.

I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.
Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.

Besides our very kind host, the location pf the apartment was superb, close to public transportation, yet still nice to just stay in. Everything was sleek, clean, well thought of. I would definetely book it again and recommend it to everybody.
