I was scared at first because I had to call from out front with my cell but they answered straight away and it posed no problem.   well-equipped room, quiet, easy to sleep, decent breakfast, at least 3 different tram lines within 1km radius, 24 hour access with key - Really nice place, with a nice staff behind it. Just 15min from Alexandreplatz, from de M4 Tram. Simple but good breakfeast.
