It is situated between the fields and forests and at only 1,5 km. from the little town Grafenau, not far from the border of the Czech Republic. The park offers a view at the gorgeous mountains of national Park Bayern Forest. The park is excellent for the active holidays in the winter and summer season (hiking, mountain biking, inline-skating, cross country skiing and other winter sports) as well as an holiday in token of relaxation or culture. It's 41 km. away from city Passau y. The total of 125 attractive and ground leveled appartments of the "green cottage" type are of a good standard furnished and are spread throughout the green park on the groundfloor. While the village is built on a small hill, it could be possible that you reach the frontdoor through a stairway. You have access to an open garden with terrace and garden furniture or a balcony.
