  I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style. The elevator is small (fits for two), but fine. The breakfast is not very sophisticated, the food spectrum is relatively small, but all food was in good quality. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
