  As many other people said, the bed is comfortable and double beds are actually doubles, so for us this was very important. This is a 2 star but very clean and well presented. Value for money is good.   The bedroom was seperate to the lounge and kitchen area so the apartment was spacious. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, and glasses. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The woman on reception spoke very good English and was very helpful and polite. Iron and iron board were not in the apartment, but were promptly supplied. Kitchen had everything needed, fridge, electric cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, juice extractor... Clean, ample towels, TV, Radio. Wi-Fi connection was good and cheap - €3 for 5 days

  Hfotel has tram stops into the old city right in front of hotel. Quick ride or walk. Great city location and ability to park. We had a larger car and they gave us great spot outside. Very friendly service, great breakfast. Wonderful bakery and natural foods store across the street. Can easily reach anything. Wireless was available in rooms for free. My room was far from exclusive but comfortable and clean.   Tout. L´hotel etait tres propre, et l´accueil excellent. - Superb hotel. Very helpful staff. Location is also good - 15 minutes by tram to the oldtown. Highly recommended - The way the personnel behaved. They were very nice and helped us with a big problem (our car war broken into and our GPS stolen). They helped us find a place to fix our car.

  Excellent location in terms of walking. Quietly. Centre of historic buildings in 20 minutes on foot. Our family happy accommodation and grateful for the perfection of your hotel. The staff is polite. Since we do not have a good knowledge of the language, we assumed that there will be difficulties in communication... No contact with the personnel was no more, even out - Brand new hotel (opened March 2013), clean rooms albeit quite small. Free parking on the street (the hotel garage is not open as yet); friendly, welcoming receptionist, Janine gave us all the local info we needed. Bus stop outside the hotel if you didn't want to walk to the centre.
