personnel tres sympathique, situation de l'hotel - We were only there for 6 hours- arrived late and had an early flight to catch the next day, so just needed a place to crash for the night. I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

It's very close to the metro station, so the transportation is very convenient. All the facilities are quite new and very clean. I liked that the hostel was trustworthy. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that. It was perfect for those who want to save a bit of the budged in living.

It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!
