  Personnel attentionné et chambre agréable (équipements modernes,beaucoup de place) - The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful.   We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12.
