The staff was very very friendly with us, they satisfied any wish of us even if we didn't speak German very well. The breakfast was exactly scheduled for each day (different hours).
When we arrived we decided to stay 3 nights more than we planned and they were very flexible about this. -
Very nice and quite place with a great view of the mountain

L'accueil très courtois, l'environnement paisible et montagnard. J'avais réservé par erreur une chambre pour une personne alors que nous étions deux. Après nous avoir proposé la chambre prévue, l'hôtelier s'est employé à nous proposer une autre chambre mieux adaptée.

We enjoyed are stay very much at this Hotel and wish we would have booked for a longer stay. Rooms were very large and clean. Each room has it's own balcony over looking a pond and beautiful mountains. Heidi the owner I can't say enough about her. She is a fantastic host! Heidi, one of the owners, is fantastic and has all the little things that help assist one when traveling, including brochures, maps, the best places to park info, etc. Her restaurant is fantastic and most folks that stayed there were repeat customers each evening. It has great food and nice wine/beer options. I give this a 10+ out of 10!
