Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all. No relevant problems where found. -
