The position was fantastic. S Bahn outside the door, yet only two blocks and you were over the ever at the first Museums . Trams outside the door also. Staff were more helpful and friendly than anywhere else, happy to make me a cup of tea late at night. Washing facilities, everything new, large room and bathroom. Plenty of lounge and outdoor court

Great location for exploring berlin, easy walk to all major site's and metro right outside front door. Place was very clean, room was a good size, had a good bathroom, was quiet and was very cheap for quality of rooms. Building also had a kitchen available to use and also free washing machine and dryer which is very handy. It's a mix of dorms and private hotel rooms (which i had) and i would stay here again when in Berlin.

Excelente location, calm neighbourhood, well equipped for more than just a long weekend, very comfortable and clean, staff was professional and keen to help. No stress, just relax! -
It was a confortable and large place with all necessarry household equipment. Very suitable for a family or group of friends.

I really loved the location. Next to the U-bahn with multiple connections. Zoo Garden is steps away. World famous Theater literally next door. Shopping boulevard steps away. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

Nous avons apprecié presque tout: la situation, juste à côté de la
Hauptbanhof, permet de se rendre vite partout dans la ville. La
propreté. L'ambience, très cordiale et sympa, on y trouve surtout
des jeunes, mais aussi des familles et de gens plus âgés. Les chambres
privées à deux sont très grandes et très bien décorées, télé à écran
plat, salle
... ce que les gens disent » de bain très propre. Le personnel était très agréable. On
peut louer des vélos par 12 euros/24h. On y retournera. -
Sa proximité de la gare. Sa cuisine+ frigo (bien que certaines personnes
ne prennent pas la peine de nettoyer et quand la salle de restauration
est pleine, la cuisine est remplie, et il n'est plus possible
d'y préparer son petit déj.)

The apartment was exactly as it was presented in the pictures and as was
described by the owner. It was very clean and very quiet (it is located
in a big street but doesn't overlook it). The location is perfect,
the tram is 20m away and the Bahn station is 5 minutes walking distance,
while at the same time you have countless small restaurants, bar

cafes right at your doorstep. The owner was very helpful, giving us
instructions for everything we needed, from emailing transportation
instruct -
I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.

Ms. Graf was very helpful and great communication. All worked well and
the Metro Station is 5-7 mts short walk away..Few restaurants and nice
bakery shop around the corner across the street I will recommend.
Amenities in the apartment were available as mentioned. They were very
helpful and on request accepted a Delayed check out as well. Thanks. -

Design of the apartment and the facilities of both the kitchen and the bathroom. It was a very quiet area which was perfect come the evening. Also, it's in walking distance of an S-bahn and U-bahn station that takes you into central Berlin within 10 minutes!
