Le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait bon. Les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse.   La situation géographique: à deux pas du U-bahn, à deux arrêts d'Alexanderplatz (ce chemin est même faisable à pied, environ 20min de marche). Bien équipé. L'agence s'occupant de l'appartement est très arrangeante pour les horaires de remise des clés. - The location was good. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.   In Berlin it is the cheapest place you can sleep comfortably and with no worry. The staff Nadia and Best are the best always happy and ready to help. It was not my first time in Berlin but this one was the nicest. Was suppossed to stay one day and stay one week. - All the things a hostel might need were there and in a good condition.
