Eventhough the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as nice, the rooms are very clean, nicely decorated with all updated amenities. The room is big and bathroom is spacious. The rate for this hotel is also very budget-friendly. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at hotel Italia. We will definately stay here again if we are in the area. -

One of the friendliest places ever! The staff went out of their way to recommend places to eat, help us find our way, and find great things to do. Though the Mirabeau is indeed a hotel, it has all the warmth and friendliness of a very welcoming B&B!

The hotel is central to everything in Tours. The staff are lovely!! Helpful and friendly. Whilst the hotel had no lift, the gentleman in reception insisted on taking my bag to my room. The room was basic but very, very clean. The room contained a fridge which must be a first in France!! Breakfast was simple but again wonderful friendly service. I liked this hotel very much. A good budget choice. WiFi available.

We used Tours as a stop over en route to Bordeaux. The facilities were neat, spacious and clean and the location was also hood as there was a mall for shopkping across the street. -
Good place to stay to visit the Loire on a budget. No frills but clean and tidy. Great staff and easy access to town. (Will be even better when the tram link opens)

Stayed there 3 nights while we went to le mans to watch the motogp. Close to motorway and airport. In comercial area, lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent staff especially Wally. Helped us to sort everything out when our motorbike broke down. Left it there to be fixed then flying back to pick it up. Airport 1.5km

Despite the slightly amusing name, this is a great little “budget” hotel. The room is not huge, but was clean and comfortable, had a small desk, TV etc. The bed was good. It is a “wet room” bathroom, again clean and perfectly functional. Breakfast was excellent value and the good selection set us up for most of the day! The staff were very friendly and pleasant and like other “motel style” hotels, the parking was good and free.
