The coutreous, friendly staff went out of their way to assist. For us the location was great in a quiet spot, easy to park car. We were only in Toulouse for one night stopover and was a great choice. Excellent value for money. Spotless rooms, breakfast included, wifi access. -

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The room was tastefully decorated but a bit on the small side. The room was very clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Overall it was nice for what it was. -

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They fulfilled immediately each requirement I gave them. My room was great, spacious, clean not noisy, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 nights in a triple room on the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was a good size as we could fold the 3rd bed up to the wall giving more floor space and an extra shelf. The room was very effectively sound proofed, clean, with good hanging and shelf space, desk space with chair plus a large en suite with shower. The location in the old city was excellent with restaurants nearby and easy access to transport. English spoken by reception staff.

The location is just opp train station but its super quiet so it's a very good location to get anywhere! China town( or Asian town) is not far so people can easily enjoy some Asian food as well. Room is big n comfy, bed is very good! So far we r very happy wiz the stay in Ibis. -

The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and
well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the
lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine.
Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. There were bars with
people drinking outside having fun and it's not a well-to-do area.

Privilege Appart was very convenient. It was quite close city centre, many local restaurants of all type from pizza to fine dining, and tourist attractions. Reception other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.

We had just arrived from an Edinburgh flight. I had never been in Toulouse before and there were a fair number of diversions. However we found the place , had a good meal not far away and a good nights sleep. Room was perfect for a few days break. Modern decor and facilities. Kitchenette ideal to cook a few basic meals. Staff were helpful and always available. Restaurant in the hotel around the corner was really good. Easy access to the team line and metro links into town. Able to get public transport to and from airport easily.
