Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to
it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was
located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind
too much as we filled a backpack for our overnight stay and left the
larger suitcases in the car. The hotel itself was great. Good

The Palais de l'isle was a wonderful experience, from the helpful and very friendly staff to the immaculately clean room which was overlooking the canal where we could watch the street entertainers from the comfort of our room. If we were returning to Annecy it would definitely be to stay at this hotel.

le déménagement des chambres, la clé qui fonctionnait mal suite à la mise en place de cet hôtel (c'était très fun) mais le personnel de l'hôtel était tellement gentil et disponible que cela ne nous a causé aucun soucis. Tout a été pris dans la bonne humeur.J'en profite pour remercier tout le personnel de l'hôtel d'Annecy. - Jai aimé le coté pratiqu

Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast
was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The
restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and
well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room,
turkish bath - all really amazing. Kids slides and adult fun too. -

We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It was easy to go
to Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux from here as there was a ferry port
opposite the hotel. It was cheaper than the Swiss hotels around the lake
with similar location and comfort, so this hotel can be preferred for

If you going to Chamonix you have to consider staying here. The bedrooms are very cozy and charming (you can find coffe, tea, hot water and some snacks available in your bedroom) and bathroom has a very good shower where you can have a hot water massage.

Our room was very comfy and cosy, with a beautiful decor, and the bed
was very good. The location of the place was excellent, and with our
rental car we could drive to several ski lifts in 15-30 minutes.
Pascaline, the owner, was incredidly friendly and helpful, and it felt
as if we were visiting an old friend - or more: we really felt at home!
The breakfast was excellent, with delicious homemade jams, pancakes,
croissants and French baguette. We will definitely stay at Chalet
Pascaline next ti
