  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean.   This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

  Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind too much as we filled a backpack for our overnight stay and left the larger suitcases in the car. The hotel itself was great. Good facilities. Once you locate the hotel - getting to it can be a challenge because of the one-way streets and pedestrian areas, but once you get there, you will be delighted.
