  The building made from tree trunks and its decor are superb. It gives you a nice and warm feeling of being away from all the hustle of everyday life. The hosts are wonderful and I strongly recommend having dinner on place. The meals are very tasty and most of the products are home made.   Our was absolutely amazing. Evelyne, our hostess was extremely friendly and helped us plan our travels in the area. The breakfasts by the river where magical and the homemade food was great. - Everything, I felt like home! Evelyn should have a higher grade than 10!

  The owner/family was outstanding! They provided the highest level of service I have experienced in a long while. The home was immaculate and the rooms were very comfortable. The wife cooked outstanding meals. She would even provide you with dinner if you did not want to go out at night. Her fruit salad in the morning was memorable. The B&B is in lovely and well- maintained house built in the 19th century.   Very comfortable rooms filled with antiques. Simone is very welcoming and speaks very good English, German and French. Her husband is an excellent chef and offers a wonderful menu in the restaurant. The service was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere for six nights in quiet surroundings. We would stay again.

  The owners, Odile and Pierre were so kind and gracious. They made our trip memorable with their kind hospitality and family-like welcome. We had dinner with them one evening (totally worth doing it if you haven't had a French dining experience) and had an awesome time. The food and wine were wonderful, the conversation was delightful.   We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to lake Como. We really liked everything about it. The room was superb and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for 2 nights and would if we return to the area stay for longer.   My husband and I arrived pretty late to the hotel so we didn't get to see much since we were only staying one night. The hotel itself is quaint and fits in with Colmar. Our room small but clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable. Parking was free and easily accessible, a terrific privilege. The hotel is just around the corner from the Unterlinden Museum with its fabulous Issenheim Altar.
