we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.

room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I

A very special building - a villa, surrounded by trees and bushes, a very nice, quiet, peaceful place, at the same time only 200 meters from a publich beach and less than 1 km from the old town of Antibes. The owners taking good care of the hotel and the customers.

This was a welcoming, most convenient, comfortable and quiet hotel - just what we wanted. Excellent airy, large room, with beautifully tiled bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening and within fifteen minutes got the keys. There was no kettle in the kitchen but manager solved the problem almost immediately. We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.
