The location was perfect - in the heart of a Montmartre neighborhood
with a metro stop nearby. We had a room that faced the street. It was
great to see the people and shops during the day. And, at night. The
windows kept all of the street noise outside. Staff was very friendly
and helpful. While their English was better than our French, they were

Very friendly staff and manageress. Excellent location in awesome Montmartre. We were on the roadside and there were major roadworks involving machine drilling on at the time, but when you close the windows you could not hear a sound, and could sleep-in in the mornings without a problem. Will recommend Hotel Lepic. You can walk anywhere and the Metro is less than 200m down the road.

A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights
and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee
stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro
is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony
and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of
the more expensive rooms

This hotel is located in a lovely, quite corner of the 20th arr.,
Adjacent to the famous Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Rooms have kitchenette
facilities, which helps with costs, since dining out in Paris can be
very expensive, even in modest cafes. The staff was courteous and
helpful, the rooms well furnished and beds comfortable. I suppose it is
the French custom to clean hotel rooms only once a week, or so was our
experience. That was ok for us, since we tend toward neatness in our at-
home lives.

The hotel is perfectly situated: not far from Montmartre, Opera Garnier and the way to farther sights is picturesque. There are many markets, wine shops, bistrots and restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff were very friendly (everyone). It was clean and comfortable, though a little cramped. It is a very good hotel for the money we payed. -

This is a very nice hotel. We had a top floor with a balcony view of the
St. Sulpice church. It's in a good residential neighborhood, with
plenty of family restaurants in the area, at a slightly better price and
away from the touristy area. Also fantastic bookstores and good
shopping, a stones throw from the Jardin de Luxembourg. The price is
slightly lower because you have to walk an extra two blocks to get to
the middle of the action. Honestly, one of the better secrets for a good
Paris stay.

We love the responsiveness of the owners of the hotel. In addition to the requirements as to the quality and comfort of the hotel helped us in very specific things, such as booking restaurants and tickets to a show we were really wanting to go. whenever we return to Paris we will try to stay there!
The location is wonderful, very close from the Arch of Triumph and several bars and great restaurants ... loved it!

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.
