I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. I phoned the manager (whose number was on the gate) and he kindly let us in (which we were grateful for as we were pretty tired after an early morning flight). The hotel was great for our needs as we just wanted somewhere to stay for 1 night in Nice that wasn't too far from the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the managers are just lovely. Very hospitable. My only regret is that we didn't get to sample the breakfast as we had an early flight- we could smell it being made and it smelt delicious! Next time we'll try the breakfast!

The place was great and refael was wonderfull, he helped us with everything that we needed and was a great host. The breakfast was beutifull full of goodis. I trully reccomand this place to who ever goes to nice. Thanks Meir

I had the best night sleep here after 10 days travelling in France. Even though it was a 1 star it was far superior to a lot of 3 star hotels I stayed in in Nice and Marseilles. The staff were great. Very friendly and even though I don't speak French I didn't feel uncomfortable speaking English them. perfect location to get to the airport but also an enjoyable walk to nice center.

Very cozy hotel with a sweet owner. The room is clean and all the service is good! I like the yard the most.

Walk to the beach… Bus to Castle Hill and to the old town… Close to the airport… Very friendly and helpful staff… Free parking…

The room was a bit noisy because we like to keep the windows open at night…

This was a quaint place, with a welcoming and friendly owner. I was an American traveling solo, and the hospitality I received made my first stop/stay in Europe a positive experience. Breakfast is served here, it was delicious during which I met other guests from all over Europe. It was clean and within walking distance of markets and restaurants....quite the find, especially being so affordable.

I did not encounter anything unpleasant. I look forward to visiting again.

The value for money of this place is astonishing. The owners kindness and efforts. Good breakfast. The interior design of the place: original, typical, soulful

for low budget price, the service was great. Clean hotel, Owner was perfect. You are about 3 KMS from the old city boardwalk. As long as you know this going in, you are fine. Perfect value for what you pay for. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room. Room is place just to rest head.
