All facilities near by is good. The host of this loft is very kind, but typical Frenchman, he forgot important things. But he found us a very good place at Defance.   The hotel was very nice and CLEAN! The room is not very big, but we spent the hole day in the city, so we were only sleeping there. Therefore the room was very comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning - - Hotel arranged for pick up from train station, which worked out quite nicely - Picked the hotel on purpose away from station, as arriving and departing stations were different. - Location is still very good, right on Metro stop, and next to terminus for 2 buses, which go to Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Gare du Nord. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.
