  the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!
