First of all the location was excellent. The staff in the reception very friendly & professional, the room was spacious, very clean and calm, the breakfast was delicious. I've stayed 5 nights at the this hotel and every thing was just perfect. -

Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Location is so good that you can go on foot where ever you want to in the centre, Champs E. is just around the corner but it is not n

The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door
staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great
service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and
spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left
fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs
at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast
with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a
wonderful stay

This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. Thanks to the hotel personnel - we felt like we are staying in our friends hous

The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. I had a quiet room on the top floor. -

We arrived at the hotel at 930am and managed to get an early check-in.
The room was spacious compared to the standard you usually get in Paris.
On our last day, the staff prepared an early breakfast especially for us at 615am as we had to check out early.

used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a
"W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for
showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the

I loved the staff! Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.
