  1. Hotel looked much better than on the photos!!! The furniture was new and modern!! 2. Bed was very comfortable 3. Balcony and table inside and outside was very nice to have breakfast!! 4. For a Paris hotel a spacious room with spacious bathroom 5. Very clean 6. Very very central (walking distance to Notre Dame, Latin District, Seine, etc. et... ce que les gens disent » c.) 7. Not noisy, even it was very centrally located. 8. Cleanliness was very good! All was clean. 9. Staff was awesome! Very helpful, very nice and - Bus to many locations right outside front door, metro nearby, several sights in walking distance. Hotel reception staff very helpful. i thought breakfast was plentiful, and good value for money at a special price of 6.95 euro (it had been advertised online as 10 euro which was still ok.). the room and common areas were very clean. best of all was the supportive bed for a problematic back.
