The hotel was great, I would say it's a good balance between price and location. It has just everything you need, very basic and rooms are small, nothing extravagant, but its clean and the location is extremely convenient: 2 blocks from the CDG shuttle bus, 1 block from RER and metro stations, 1 block from Lafayette shopping center, etc.

Very central location and I found very good receptionists. They are really helpful when needed and always available. I have been here earlier in the year and they finished works in reception and breakfast area making it more modern. Good wify and very friendly staff. Very good bathroom and shower facility very modern. -

The staff were friendly & helpful and our room was warm, comfortable & clean. The bathroom had just been renovated & was fantastic. I want one of those showers in my house.

The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. I had a quiet room on the top floor. -

The room was spacious compared to the standard you usually get in Paris.
On our last day, the staff prepared an early breakfast especially for us at 615am as we had to check out early.

used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a
"W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for
showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the

I loved the staff! Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.
