  It is a brand new property. A chic hotel in a central part of the city. Easy metro access and lots of eateries near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While they offer a variety of room sizes (ours was medium) it was an interesting layout and nicely appointed.   The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.   Best beds in our two weeks in Europe. Room super clean, freshly painted, bathroom brightly tiled and clean. - The location is good. Cheap considering you're in Paris. But: do not stay here, you can get better for that money.
