The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed.   This is not a traditional hotel, but rather an apartment-style hotel with only four or five suites, each with a small kitchenette. Our suite was the smallest – the “studio” next to the office on the second floor (they didn’t have a standard reception desk), but it was exactly as lovely as shown on the website. We were given a key (a real one) attached by a chain to a very large heavy square bronz - This apartment was so beautiful and charming, oozing with Parisian style. The location was great within walking distance to restaurants, Notre Dame cathedral, the Louvre and shopping, with the metro station right across the road. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. I was contacted the day before arrival to find out what time they could expect us so that they could arrange an "appropriate welcome". On arrival we were met at the door of the hotel by a staff member who escorted us s
