The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is so clean and fresh it looks like it was built only weeks ago. Location is in Madeleine just near the metro. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.
