Super location: It is in the direct line between the railway station and the beach. We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view. A supermarket is just one block away. I highly recommend it if you want to use Nice as a base to travel to nearby cities like Cannes and Monaco by train. We liked the Oasis Hotel a lot. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Spoke good English and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The location was perfect for us for the Sea front and the Shopping. both within Ten minutes walk.
