Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific
tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We
felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is
excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast
is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about
the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and
friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont
Blanc and balcony.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Lovely, clean rooms with spacious en suite. Bar downstairs is always manned with friendly staff (happy hour 5-7pm). This is a very old hotel, but very comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we stayed in over 3 months and we had rooms with 2 sets of windows overlooking the mountains. It snowed both nights and the rooms were lovely and warm.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was
given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning
and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent
and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to
make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and
shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home.
Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great

The staff is a fantastic bunch of friendly and energetic young people. We had a problem with food allergy and they went out of their way to help us.
The hotel is quiet but this might be different in busier times of the year (we stayed there between the ski season and summer).
Conveniently located out of Chamonix - car owners will appreciate that,

The food was good. A new chef had arrived -
We booked a room for just 1 night and called in a day before to inform
them that we will arrive late. The lady spoke English on phone and found
that everyone speaks English at the hotel too. The staf was extremely
helpful. They had given us their best room (18), but since we had lot of
luggage, we asked for a room at lower level. They quickly changed the
room (3), which was also a very good room. We asked for directions and
attractions in the morning, and again the staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel for us was set in the ideal location, 10 minutes walk to Chamonix town centre with 2 but stops and a train stop outside the hotel. The hotel is lovely, the meals are fabulous and the staff are what really make this hotel great. Friendly and helpful all the time. Will definately be coming back here. No idea why it is down as a 2 star h

Friendly and relaxed place, with close proximity to Chamonix town centre (10min walk) and good links to the slopes. There is bus stop just outside of the hotel, which can take you directly to either Le Tour or Les Houches skiing area. The staff is cool and relaxed, food is amazing and great value for money if you book half board. Excellent 3 course dinners as a part of half board. Great value for money overall, in a very expensive Chamonix area. Nice and cosy restaurant and bar area.

Excellent apartment in Chomanix! There is a private parking lot and well equipped kitchen, that's important for us. It's location is very close to Montenvers Mer de Glace. The master could speak good English and very friendly for guests. I have to say the apartment is a charming house for my vacation. I am happy to recommend my friend to stay the
