The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.
