  Good location right next to the city center but just 150 mts away from the restaurant and bar area of Oulu (than can become a bit noisy at night, so this hotel it's at the perfect place unlike many other hotels).   The hotel was close to the train station and the surroundings were pretty especially with the freshly fallen snow. The receptionist, Anne W. was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite nice and my room was very cozy. The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean. There is a variety for breakfast and the duck (with fresh thym... ce que les gens disent » e) I was served at dinner with the parsnip puree and caramelized beets was a spectacular meal. Dinner was expensive but the quality and flavours were - Location is simply beautiful - marvellous park, historical place and buildings, very nicely combined with the modern ones. Friendly unobtrusive staff, very clean rooms, interesting food in restaurant, good breakfast.

  Pretty nice location. Tne best opportunities for cross-country skiing all over the year. Intermediate ski slopes. Pretty clear outside. Our cottage was realy huge with a lot of space and full - equiped, even with sauna, that wasn't announced on booking details.
