  The meals were just great, they have really good cooks! The sauna and pools are really good and clean. The whole personal is nice, and always ready to serve, the most of them speak perfect English. The hotel is located in front a beautiful lake, right in the middle of the Anttola's forests. - Very nice staff in the reception and the restaurant.   the hotel was right in the middle of kuppio in the center of town. many shops nearby. the wifi connection was ok, the shower and the room were very big including the huge tv in our room! - The staff were very friendly and professional, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the studio room was very comfortable.

  Our request for higher floors was fulfilled and we got upgraded to a room with sauna. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. We will stay there again if we have a chance to visit Kuopio again. - very good beds, very kind girl at reception, walked with us outside to show proper place for parking.
