The receptionist - mona - was very helpful and extra nice especially after she knew it was my wife's birthday, we went to the pool and came back to find a very nice surprise waiting for us in the room, my wife was ecstatic. And the parking was for free.
Something was wrong about the ventilation system in the bathrooms, there were bad smells coming out of the ventilation grill, presumably from other rooms bathrooms.
I like the security and the staff is very helpful &suggest to add more shops in the mall also let be.free wi-fi

i booked through letsbookhotel.com and had a phone call to the reception in order to confirm that my room will be partially Nile, but when i arrived the front desk employee told us that we will have a city view ,although we told him that we confirmed by telephone to see the partially view ,after a few he change it as Hotel compliment for our first visit ! sound of disco tech was so loud even we are in 17th floor.
Wonderful decorations, friendly staff, delicious food and the most amazing is the rain shower while watching the TV.

I like all the facilities which was they gave me and my stay there was very good and my friend is also happy with the service.
We LOVED everything about the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and so efficient - we wanted for nothing. Facilities were outstanding and 15th floor brekky and afternoon snacks really good...we would without doubt recommend your hotel to anyone planning travel to Cairo.
The food was superb and the staff was very friendly and helpful
The bathroom faucet was leaking a little and the power system broke one night in our room, but these are small things that did not have a negative effect on my stay.

Reservation girl on the phone has no information about agreements with bank credit card holders and in check out the front desk girl put a charge on spa massage although It was included in my stay offer but I called them and they admit it and they are going to return back my money
The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $. The food was excellent in Bab Elnil restaurant, shisha was a bless. The nile view was just incredible with even the tub oversees the nile view. It was an excellent experience and I got rewarded from my wife for the surprises and high profile get away....:)

The food in the Grill restaurant is great! I love the steak there. Nice sky pool and great snackes there. Fantastic service and good facility. Nice house cleaning team.
everything is great except the driver always asking for tips. I think tips should be optional but not composury. He do not provide a great service like he didn't wearing the belt while he's driving. The water in my room sometimes goes extremely hot and sometimes cold.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful, its location is amazing just adjacent to the Nile. Breakfast was good. Fairmont Gold Lounge was a great experiance.

Good escape for the weekend. Slick service. Some issues but generally very good.
Staff so focussed on being slick they tend to act robotically rather than listening to what you asked for. Room service delivered spaghetti with mussels rather than spaghetti with clams without any comment. Gold lounge good but have been to better at Inter Continental, JW etc Did not feel I was being looked after.
