  The hotel staff is very cooperative and very kind. I can say I was treated as a queen there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was brought a kind of complimentary cookies upon arrival which made very nice impression. There is a small gym, infrared sauna whirpool and solarium.   Don't look much from the outside, but is very nice inside. Absolutely a hotel and restaurant to recomend if your trip goes to Ostrava. A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price.   Room was large and clean. Bathroom sparkled and had good free amenities. Hotel bar and restaurant were very high quality. Free breakfast was superb. Car park in front was low cost and easy to get in/out.
