Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Room is clean wit - Pension Lucie is really conveniently situated, being five minutes from Kobylisy metro station, and with a choice of three tram routes nearby. It doesn't look much from the outside, but the rooms are really fantastic. The owners speak good English, and are very attentive and helpful. My room had satellite tv and a beautiful en-suite. Wi-Fi is available and a computer in reception can be used by guests. Breakfast was very comprehensive.

  First of all, we would like to thank Zdenka, manager of the Hotel, for her hospitality. A couple of things worth perhaps mentioning: - tram 17 (the stop if just at the Hotel's entrance) goes directly to the city's center (Charles' Bridge and Lesser Town, Old Town and Vaclavac), only 20 minutes. There is also a Metro Station nearby, with the direct... ce que les gens disent » line right to the Main Railway Station, - the apartments with the fully equipped kitchen (we have stayed in Room 14) were really spacious, and clean, - Very nice bright large room with comfortable bed and a couch with chairs. Kettle and tea, little fridge are also available in the room. Bath in the bathroom. Outside there is a nice garden. Private parking in the yard if available for 4 EUR a day, but there are also free public parking places outside. Tram stop is just around the corner and tickets are available at the reception.

We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat.
