We were looked after by all staff...they went above and beyond especially when we turned up to the wrong location and when we managed to lock ourselves in on check out. Thank you Eugenia!!   La situation de l'appartement. Notre appartement ne se situait pas à la même adresse que la résidence mais dans une autre rue. Il est situé à quelques metres de la place Vencelas, du pont Saint Charles et de la place de l'hôtel de ville (la plus belle à mon gout). Appart très propre ainsi que linge de lit et de toilette .   I wasn't spending much time in the hotel, but the time I had spent there was great. The staff is really nice, don't speak much of an English, but you can definitely come to terms with them. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation so I can't tell you anything about the food there, but I assume it was good. I definitely recommend! - The staff was very polite and friendly! We hat no TV in our room and when we asked for it, they were a bit embarrassed and brought a new one the next day and invited us for free drinks. Another very good think was the the check-in and check-out...it is no problem to check in until 11pm and and check-out was 12 o'clock midday. In total we had a very good time with this hotel and we can highly recommend it to everybody!

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!
