  The location was excellent, it was in the old town and very close to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very compfortable. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Prague

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family.   First of all, we would like to thank Zdenka, manager of the Hotel, for her hospitality. A couple of things worth perhaps mentioning: - tram 17 (the stop if just at the Hotel's entrance) goes directly to the city's center (Charles' Bridge and Lesser Town, Old Town and Vaclavac), only 20 minutes. There is also a Metro Station nearby, with the direct... ce que les gens disent » line right to the Main Railway Station, - the apartments with the fully equipped kitchen (we have stayed in Room 14) were really spacious, and clean, - Very nice bright large room with comfortable bed and a couch with chairs. Kettle and tea, little fridge are also available in the room. Bath in the bathroom. Outside there is a nice garden. Private parking in the yard if available for 4 EUR a day, but there are also free public parking places outside. Tram stop is just around the corner and tickets are available at the reception.
