It is a short walk to almost every sight a tourist would want to see except the Palace, which is a short ride on the #22 train. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated.   We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
