The hotel had a lovely tranquil feel to it. The room with ensuite bathroom was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. -

Location is great, close to everything you usually would like to see in Prague, the owner English is perfect ;) and he is so helpful and nice, as well as the other staff, clean room, modern decor, we had really pleasant stay, also felt like living in Prague aparment instead of hotel due to special setting location of this hotel, which is more interesting experience than usual ;), thanks Mark!

No complaints, shower pressure and size were great considering it was on a boat. Breakfast wasn't extensive but couldn't complain (bread, sausages, bacon, eggs, cereals, cold meats, spreads and drinks).
Tram line just 2 minutes away and covers most of the city. Tickets are 24kč (1€)

The staff was extremely helpful and seemed truthfully concerned about your well-being during your stay in Prague. I lived in Prague for several years so I have the basis for judging their advice as good and precise.

The strict no-smoking policy is a nice break from Prague's still very permissive smoke culture. -

station... The staff is very friendly and all the times was ready to
help you and support you... There were a very friendly environment with
other guests.. The common areas its really clean and comfortables.
Regarding the showers, despite they were shared with other floor hosts,
they were private and clean.
