Lovely experience from start to finish. Warm, caring staff who made us feel valued guests. Spectacular setting in a unique spa town. Many kilometres of walks available and the spa after for relaxation. Best Small Luxury Hotel experience we have had so far. Highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

Very beautifull room. Hotel is recently renovated with attention todetails. Very good isolation from noice. At night sitting on thebalconny listening to to the violinmusic from the restaurant below wasvery romantic. Free use of sauna and wirlpool. Great location, just a few minute walk to Tourist attractive places,shopping area and restaurant. There are a lot of spaces for group of people especially in living room and kitchen. Parking space is available in front of the apartment building. It is a room that owner own for rent but it is very budget friendly and Owner is very nice guys.
