  The owner put a lot of thought and care into all the finishings here - great floors, lovely modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and excellent bedding. There is a terrific communal balcony and common area, books and beach towels available, an excellent location near lots of very good restaurants and a very very short walk to the Riva and the Palace,... ce que les gens disent » as well as right at the beginning of the Marjan Peninsula (Mestrovic Gallery, beaches, hiking...). I would not hesitate to stay here again next time - What a superb stay we had here. Accommodation excellent, clean and comfortable beds, great shower. Very generous and friendly host who gave us so much information on Split and ferries to islands. House is in centre but not noisy and some rooms have beautiful balcony looking out over very old rooftops. There is a room where fresh fruits and coffee and tea are available on the house and access to internet and books available. We will definitely return to this accommodation.

  The rooms were nicely decorated and had excellent lighting. The location was superb and allowed a day in Split to be divided up between some time in the old town and some time at the beach. The blonde receptionist (forgotten her name) was delightful and the main waiter was helpful with an excellent sense of humor! The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - absolutely delightful especially the manager. The breakfasts were good and cooked eggs to order and could sit outside on the square to eat. Jacuzzi & sauna on rooftop which was really nice.

  Located in old Split in a quiet residential area. A pleasant 5-10 min walk through pedestrian streets to the Riva and Palace. The newly renovated apartment was stylish and comfortable. Eat with the locals in excellent restaurants around the corner or dine in the nearby tourist areas. The staff was charming and the service was amazing. All in all a delightful place to stay in a delightful city. - The apartments are amazing, very well furnished and impeccably clean. Localization is great in the middle of the old city making possible having pleasant walks. The personal is highly professional and above all very friendly, doing their utmost to create a good environment for their guests.Transfer airport/hotel/airport are exclusive and worked perfectly. If one wants to enjoy Split, here is the place where you have to stay. Highly recommended.Thanks Ana, Filip and Antonia! I will be back !

  Amazing location. When you open the windows overlooking the square, you feel like you are part of the action and yet when it's closed, can't hear anything...very effective double glazing. The place was spotless clean! Marijana was very helpful. Love the amenities...big bottles of shampoo, body wash and handwash, as opposed to miniature ones. Despite the very central location the apartment was very quiet. It was very clean and modern - and with great AC. The owner and her daughter are amazingly friendly and helpful - even very kindly did some washing for us! Would highly recommend.

  The apartment was clean and modernly furnished. Two rooms with two single beds in each and plenty of storage space. Bathroom with window, nice and functional kitchen. The large terrace with sea view, was perfect for relaxing and breakfast outdoors . Minute walk to the seafront and some excellent restaurants. Perfect for short or long vacation! - Our host Vedran was very nice and helpful. As soon as we arrived he gave us a lot of helpful information, and a map of Split. We reserved the smaller apartment with the big terrace, but since the weather was not good we were unable to use the terrace. Since we were looking forward to the terrace, Vedran gave us the bigger apartment for no extra charge. Thank you Vedran.

  If they have a room avaliable this is a must-stay place. My mother and I could not have been more happy with the place. The family who runs it is super friendly and communicates both via phone, text and whatsup! They help you with bags, recommend you places to go and have set up a real gem in the middle of everything. The apartments are very clean... ce que les gens disent » , fresh and believe it or not they even smell great! Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need within walking distance. I truly recommend - The owner of the place and his son was not like staff. They were like friends already know us before. They spend their time and showed us city. It was great. Apartment is very big, comfortable, clean and very central. It was very kind for them fruit plate, welcome drink(one bottle wine) and some cakes. If I visit split again, this is my place. Thanks to Ivica so many times again for hospitality.
