This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi
from the hotel for 56 Kunar (£8 €7). Connections from the airport

We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront.

We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

We stayed for three days in the beginning of October 2013. The weather was really bad so we didnt use the outside pool or the close beach/water. We did though enjoy the room with jacuzzi, sofa-group and wide-screen TV. Evenings we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy the great courses (can really recommend the filet mignon w. truffles and the macaroni), and every morning we had one of the best breakfasts ive ever had; Eggs Benedict with local smoked ham and salmon. Overall really enjoyed our stay, wished we'd extended in fact. Location is superbly between both the obvious beach and the restaurants at the little harbour being little over 10 min stroll to each. Good hotel with a nice pool area. We where there in June and the pool was not crowded which was very nice. Modern and spacious with good breakfast. A walk to the town of Bol took about 15 minutes with children 6-9 years.
Zlatni Rat beach was very nice but crowded. That's how it is when the beach is famous!
