Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is a family run business with only the positive aspects of it. It has secure parking and above standard cleanliness, which are not easy to find in Croatia. We also got a welcome drink and a small present when we left. (Stayed only for 4 nights) . We left with great memories and it we would not stay anywere else if we go back to Opatija.

The place is beautiful, easy to reach but off the main road and 50 meters from the seaside.
The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.
The hotel has free access to a pool and a jacuzzi inside a greenhouse, so it's warm and comfortable even when the weather outside

First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. If you are lucky and we were twice, you can meet packs or families of dolphins in the srait between Cres and the mainland.

Velmi milý a ochotný personál, dobré snídaně, umístění hotelu pár metrů od pláže, plážového baru a soukromého olivovníkového hájku s lehátky - každý pokoj má svá, výhled na moře a hory, pochopení pro děti :)

Agréable surprise en découvrant l'appartement (neuf, tout équipé,propre.. ) avec un large balcon (vue sur mer). La proximité avec le centre de Novalja et de la mer et surtout le Boss Novak qui est très sympathique et toujours là pour vous aider (location de voiture, taxi, réservation d'avions,...). Our room (Deluxe double with sea view) was very spacious, brand new and immaculately clean. Calling it a sea view is a stretch but we were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We would stay here again.

I liked everything about the apartment and it's owners. Excellently equipped apartments, new furniture, quiet area near center and the beach and the owners were so friendly it was a real pleasure to stay there. Would most definitely go back and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Large apartment, really nice modern design. Own (small) terrace with see view. Free parking. Quick free wifi. Really close to the beach (2 minutes walk) and the main harbor (5 min) with many great local restaurants and bars. We liked and appreciated really much the gift champagne and wines, it was really a nice surprise, and a great start of our vacation to drink the nice wine on the balcony - it's very rare that you get such gifts in other hotels/apartments.
