Very modern apartment! Great location. We stayed in a deluxe room which didnt cost much more than the standard room. We had a fully equipped kitchen, a seaview from the balcony, very modern bathroom.

Superbe accueil avec boissons et petits gateaux. L'appartement est neuf, propre et bien équipé. La propriétaire nous emmenait du vin et de l'alcool local. famille à l'écoute et très attentionnée. La vue est superbe du balcon. On y retournera avec plaisir. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Quartier très calme.

La Villa Stipe est un excellent choix. J'ai tout aimé : l'appart qui était très grand, propre, avec une joli déco et tous les équipements utiles à un séjour agréable, le petit déj délicieux, la vue sur la mer et la plage toute proche, la facilité d'accès en bus pour se rendre à Split et vice versa, pour info prendre le bus 60). Tout a été parfait.

Very well appointed apartment. Great location for the beach, just 50m and no roads to cross. Exceptionally quiet. The owner, Zorica, is very helpful and informative. These are modern and comfortable, well-equipped and clean apartments with the conditioner and excellent wi-fi. The owners Ante and Nina are extremely fiendly and helpful. The house is located on the seashore. Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Free parking. Bus stop and shops are nearby. Apartments are not far from Split and Omis (10 minute drive). In the cities of Croatia there are too much people, especially on the beach, so it is the best option if you go to the sea with children!!! I

Extremely friendly and helpful owners. Nice and clean apartment with great sea view. Our 3 balconies allowed us to select between sunshine and shadow during the day. Quiet neighbourhood. 4 minutes walk to the beach which was uncrowded. Windsurfing school at the beach.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel très intentionné. Très calme.
Se trouve à 20 mn en bus du centre ville de Split. -
La situation géographique: 10 mn de Split en voiture, plage à 500m, supermarché et boulangerie à 50m.
Appartement un peu sombre au rez de chaussée compensé par une terrasse.
