Maison idéalement située dans un lotissement très calme à l'écart de la route principale et des touristes, le tout avec un balcon et une vue superbe sur la mer. Coucher de soleil à ne pas manquer.

Superbe accueil avec boissons et petits gateaux. L'appartement est neuf, propre et bien équipé. La propriétaire nous emmenait du vin et de l'alcool local. famille à l'écoute et très attentionnée. La vue est superbe du balcon. On y retournera avec plaisir. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Quartier très calme.

These are modern and comfortable, well-equipped and clean apartments with the conditioner and excellent wi-fi. The owners Ante and Nina are extremely fiendly and helpful. The house is located on the seashore. Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Free parking. Bus stop and shops are nearby. Apartments are not far from Split and Omis (10 minute drive). In the cities of Croatia there are too much people, especially on the beach, so it is the best option if you go to the sea with children!!! I

The HUGE balcony has breathtaking views of the sea and coastline towards Split. The beach is about 3 minutes walk away but their swimming pool is perfectly adequate. The apartment is totally air conditioned and the kitchen is really well equipped with pans and sharp knives (which makes a huge difference). Very nice and pleasant hosts. At the start lady gave us own made alcohol (very good) and next day her housband brought us fresh grapes ;). Very good location (20m) to small and intimate beach. I also recommend this place if you have car/bike and want to visit Split (approx. 10km to Split Old Town - 10-15mins by car)

Friendly, family oriented staff.
Location- near to Split but away from congestion of the city and on the beach. Room was within easy walking distance of a number of great restaurants. Neighbors were also friendly.

La Villa Stipe est un excellent choix. J'ai tout aimé : l'appart qui était très grand, propre, avec une joli déco et tous les équipements utiles à un séjour agréable, le petit déj délicieux, la vue sur la mer et la plage toute proche, la facilité d'accès en bus pour se rendre à Split et vice versa, pour info prendre le bus 60). Tout a été parfait.
