  Excellent location (and view) to the beautiful bay and with the new and big sweetwater pool it was a great place to survive the hot days. The "Villas" are brand new apartments (we were one of the first occupants), good size for a family w 1-2 kids. Location is close to Dubrovnik either by boat or car. Located right next to the beach and other small beaches in the walking distance. Good location near the airport and Dubrovnik.
